Do you take a cut of every booking?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription. Card payments go straight into your own Square account at your normal Square rates, and we never hold your money.
Do I need a Square account?
Yes. You link it in a couple of clicks with Connect with Square, and there are no API keys to copy. Square accounts are free to open if you do not have one yet.
How do memberships get paid?
Members save a card once, and Square charges it automatically every month or year, straight into your account. Your team can see every renewal, so there are no direct debit forms to chase.
Can I move my data from Roller?
Yes. We help you bring your customers, members and future bookings across from a Roller export, so you can switch without starting again. The switching guide explains how.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. You can export your data whenever you like.
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers, kept separate from every other venue. We never sell it or share it for marketing. The privacy policy has the details.
